What happens when my storage is full?
Your files are not deleted and stay readable and downloadable; only new uploads stop. They resume when you free up space or upgrade.
Do trash and old versions count toward the quota?
Yes. Emptying the trash, and old versions reaching the end of their retention, frees up space.
Do API uploads use the same quota?
Yes. Web, desktop and API share one account and one quota; identical content is counted once.
When can I reduce extra storage?
Anytime. Billing is prorated; if you go below your usage, your files are not deleted but new uploads stop.
What if I cancel Pro?
Your storage is kept until the end of the period, then drops to 1 MB. Your files are not deleted; uploads stop until you free up space.
