Getting started
Create an account, install the desktop app and drop your files into the cloud104 folder. “My files” on the web is the cloud side of the same folder.
Desktop sync
The app moves every change in the folder to the cloud and every change in the cloud to the folder. If two devices change the same file at once, both are kept. If many files are deleted in one go, sync pauses and asks for confirmation.
Sharing
Open a public link for a file or folder or invite a person by email. On Pro a link can have a password and an expiry date.
Public files
Making a file public gives it a permanent CDN URL; turning it off makes the URL stop working. Types such as HTML and SVG are served as downloads for safety.
Quota
The free plan has 1 MB in total and 1 MB per file. Old versions, trash and public files count toward the quota; identical content is counted once.
Privacy
Your files are stored encrypted (provider-side encryption). We do not offer end-to-end encryption. Admins cannot see file contents.
