Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription

The Pro subscription is monthly and is charged at the start of the period. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and no charge is made after that.

You can cancel and change your payment method from the subscription management section of your account page.

Extra storage

Extra storage is tied to the subscription and is charged monthly per GB. If you increase or decrease it in the middle of a period, the difference is reflected in your invoice in proportion to the remaining days.

Refunds

No refund is given for a period that has been used: the service is digital and the storage space has been made available to you for the whole period.

If you think there has been an incorrect or duplicate charge, write to ltd.bilgisam@gmail.com; we review the record and refund any unjustified charge.

Right of withdrawal

For digital services, the right of withdrawal ends when performance of the service begins. Performance is deemed to have begun at the moment the subscription starts and the storage space is opened.
